The Wisconsin Educational Communications Board (ECB) has officially announced a statewide partnership with Soundzabound Royalty Free Music. Soundzabound.com is the Atlanta-based producer and licensor of copyright safe audio for education. While Soundzabound is known for being a technologically progressive company, they have also earned a reputation as specialists in copyright, Fair Use and licensing.
