My first teaching certification was in language arts which included a smattering of journalism.

Shelbyville High School began the school year with a new TV studio fully equipped with two studio cameras, a TelePrompTer, a TriCaster production unit, lighting equipment, mobile production, and a large green screen.

GHS Broadcast Productions has existed in its present form for about five years.  I have been the advisor for three years.

Before that, it was a one semester class called Mass Media.
